ACTE Spain holds annual meeting in Sabadell
On 20 April, ACTE Spain hold its annual meeting in the city of Sabadell, chaired by Vice-president ACTE Spain Pere Navarro, ACTE President Teo Romero, ACTE treasurer Montserrat Capdevila and Deputy Mayor of Sabadell Lluís Monge.
During the meeting, members of ACTE Spain took stock of the activities and projects carried out throughout 2009 such as the project “ACTE: a network for innovation" and the publication of the Good Practice Guide "Strategic reorientation of textile-fashion companies" or the participation in the European Summit of Local Governments.
The new activities and projects planned by the members of ACTE Spain for 2010 were also presented in this meeting. Amongst others, 2010 will feature the Second Edition of Badalona Moda, with the Competition for Young Fashion Designers and the Business Encounter of Textile Firms and Designers, the “Project NETWORKWEAR: Mobilizing citizens and cities for socially responsible procurement of workwear” and the presentation of a Public Procurement Manual.
