Abstract:

The main objective of the project is to consolidate ACTE as a network of cooperation between territories that, having undergone important processes of industrial change, opt for integrating innovation in their local economy.

The specific objectives of ACTE: A NETWORK FOR INNOVATION are:

• The creation of a knowledge base in the field of change within businesses
• The promotion of cooperation processes between companies
• The dissemination of R+D+i and its integration in the local economy
• To facilitate alternatives for the industry's workers affected by restructuring processes

All ACTE members (effective and adherent) may take part in the project through their assistance and participation in the international workshops that will be organised during 2009 and collaborate in some of the actions foreseen in the ACTE: A NETWORK FOR INNOVATION project.
