Interview with the winner of SUFA17, K-OURAGE

We had the opportunity to Interview K-OURAGE (Anna Blomquist, Magnus Klahr och Jacob Bernhardtz), the winners of Show Up Fashion Award 2017
Tell us about your background 
-We are all of us working within the fashion industry. 
Magnus Klahr is a educated industrial designer. Freelance Arts Director of Fashion Art / Culture for about 10 years. Current art director at STYLEBY.
Anna Blomquist, educated at ESMOD in Paris, working with couture and prêt-a-porter in Paris and Marseille, with Björn Borg, H & M and Boomerang in Sweden. Currently working as a freelance designer mainly with Busnel.
Jacob Bernhardtz educated at the  Academy of Pattern Cutting & Tailoring  in Stockholm and IHM Business School in Business Administration. E-commerce / e-commerce specialist at various fashion companies / freelance since 2010.
What are you planning to do with the price?
-We will reinvest the capital in the company in order to grow and sustain the ability to produce our first and second collection.
Tell us a little about the design:
-The design is inspired by people and events all around the world. Strong personalities that have stood up for their opinions and belief. For this first collectiion David Bowie and Greta Garbo have been the two inspirational sources.
What are your future plans for K-OURAGE? 
-We want to establish us as a fashion brand that always takes a stand for what we believe in. So, we will begin with our native country Sweden and take it from there.
